Summer Survival Kit Printable

I see you mommas.. and I am right there with you in the thick of summer chaos. So I created these for my own family and figured you might be needing them too!

Summer Reading Log: Keep those kiddos reading! Hanging this up in their room will give them all kinds of motivation. Plus the star rating makes all kinds of fun.

Countdown: Have a trip or a birthday coming up? Pull this out ten days before to stop the.. "how many more days?" question thats on repeat nonstop. Color a big fun number every day.

Summer Bucket List: Sit down as a family and make a list of all the fun things you want to do each month of summer!

We Are A Team: In our home we have our individual chores but I was tired of everyone saying "that's not my mess" or just walking by things on the stairs without a care in the world. We had a nice long chat about how we are a team in this family and when we pick something up without being asked or cleaning a mess we didn't necessarily make, it makes us a stronger team. So this chart was made so every time you clean something up without being asked you cross one of the boxes off. Every member of the family contributes without worrying about who checked which boxes and who has more or less jobs. We do little celebrations when each row was finished and are planning on a big family party day when the whole sheet is filled.
